The Engagement
One arrangement,
held completely.
Everything that makes a practice findable and credible, under a single arrangement. No packages to choose between.
I.
What is ours to handle
Four responsibilities, held together.
IFoundation
The technical and credibility layer beneath everything. Your credentials, your authorship, and the signals that tell search engines a real practitioner stands behind the work.
IIPresence
The pages that answer what people search when they have the problem you treat, and the local visibility that decides who gets the call.
IIIAuthority
Placement, citation and editorial presence, so that the practice is recognized by the sources your patients and peers already trust.
IVProof
Tracking, so you can see what the work returned in inquiries and appointments. One report, one conversation, monthly.
II.
The first year
What actually happens, and when.
Month one
The fast work. Local visibility, reviews, and reactivating the people who already know you. This is where the early movement comes from.
Months two to six
The slower engine. Authority, content and technical depth, which is the part that compounds and the part most practices never get to.
Months six to twelve
Position held and extended. By this stage the presence is working without being propped up.
We are honest about the shape of it. Search rewards patience, so the first two months are built to produce visible movement while the compounding work is still underway.
III.
Investment
$4,800
Per month · twelve-month engagement
Assembled in-house, this is a search strategist, a medical content writer, an editorial and placement lead, and someone owning reviews and local presence. Four salaries, and the management of them.
Engagements run on a twelve-month view, because that is the horizon the work pays back on. Paid media, additional locations and additional disciplines sit outside this and are quoted separately.
