For Attorneys

A firm is chosen
on trust.

Private growth advisory for partner-led law firms whose standing online has not caught up with their standing at the bar.

I.

How clients choose now

The referral is only the first step now.

A referral from another attorney, an accountant or a former client still starts most good matters. But before that person calls, they check. They search the firm’s name, read the reviews, ask an AI assistant who handles their kind of matter nearby, and judge the website. Each step can confirm the referral, or quietly lose it.

Those checks reward visibility and clarity. A firm with thirty years of standing and a thin website can lose the matter to a newer firm that is simply easier to find and easier to understand.

What we handle

Four responsibilities, held for your firm.

IFoundation

Your standing made legible. Attorney profiles that carry bar admissions, practice areas, credentials and recognition, structured so search engines and AI assistants can read them, with the technical health of the site taken care of underneath.

IIPresence

Practice-area pages that answer what prospective clients actually search, local visibility for every office, and a steady, considered rhythm of client reviews.

IIIAuthority

Accurate listings across the legal directories clients and referrers consult, and editorial presence: being quoted, published and cited.

IVProof

Tracking from search to booked consultation, so you can see what the work returned. One report and one conversation each month.

III.

Who it suits

Built for practices chosen on trust.

The engagement suits practice areas where clients choose carefully and referrals matter: estate planning and trusts, family law, business and employment law, and boutique personal injury firms, among others.

Most of the firms we speak with are partner-led, from solo practices to firms of around twenty attorneys. Larger firms are a conversation.

IV.

Within the bar’s rules

Held to the standards the bar sets.

Legal marketing is regulated, and the rules vary by state. We avoid claims about results that cannot be substantiated, keep testimonials and case outcomes within your state bar’s rules and only with client consent, and include the disclaimers your jurisdiction requires.

Anything that explains the law is there to inform, and it comes to you for a short review before it is published.

V.

The engagement

One firm per practice area, per market.

While we work with your firm, we will not take a competing firm in your practice area and your city. That commitment is written into the engagement agreement.

The engagement is $4,800 per month on a twelve-month view and covers all four responsibilities above. Paid media and additional offices are quoted separately. How the engagement runs.

Questions attorneys ask

How is this different from a legal marketing agency?

Most agencies sell packages to many firms at once, often to several in the same practice area and city. We take one firm per practice area per market and five engagements at a time, and the work stays senior from start to finish.

How soon will we see results?

Local visibility and reviews usually move within the first month or two. Search authority compounds over six to twelve months, which is why every engagement runs on a twelve-month view.

Do you run advertising?

Paid search is available as an addition, but it is never the starting point. Legal clicks are among the most expensive in any industry, and the core of the work is a presence that keeps its value after you stop paying for them.

How much of my time does it take?

An introductory conversation, a short review of anything that explains the law, and a monthly call. Everything else is ours.

Do you work with multi-office firms?

Yes. Each office is treated as its own local market, and additional offices are quoted as part of the engagement.
