For Physicians

Medicine earns its reputation
in the room.

Private growth advisory for physician-owned practices whose standing online has not caught up with their standing in medicine.

How patients choose now

The referral is only the first step now.

A colleague’s referral still carries weight. But before most patients book, they check. They ask an AI assistant who the best specialist nearby is, read the reviews, and look at the practice’s website. Each step can confirm the referral, or quietly lose it.

Those steps do not always reward what medicine rewards. Board certification, fellowship training and decades of outcomes count for a great deal, but only once they are visible to the systems doing the recommending. Many excellent practices are close to invisible there.

We tested this directly. Here is what ChatGPT said when we asked it for the best pain doctor in Dallas.

What we handle

Four responsibilities, held for your practice.

IFoundation

Your credentials made legible. Physician pages that carry board certification, training and affiliations, structured so search engines and AI assistants can read them, with the technical health of the site taken care of underneath.

IIPresence

Condition and procedure pages that answer what patients actually search, local visibility for every location, and a steady, considered rhythm of patient reviews and responses.

IIIAuthority

Accurate listings across the medical directories patients consult, and editorial presence that earns recognition from sources they already trust.

IVProof

Tracking from search to booked consultation, so you can see what the work returned. One report and one conversation each month.

III.

Who it suits

Built for procedure-driven practice.

The engagement suits specialties where a single new patient represents meaningful work and where reputation decides who is chosen: pain management, orthopedics and spine, dermatology and Mohs surgery, plastic and aesthetic surgery, and others like them.

Most of the practices we speak with are owner-led, with one to six physicians across one or more locations. Larger groups are a conversation.

IV.

Within medicine’s rules

Held to the standards medicine works under.

Medical marketing carries obligations most marketing does not. We never use identifiable patient information, never publish a patient story without written consent, and never promise a cure or a guaranteed outcome.

Anything written about a condition or treatment is there to inform, and it comes to you or a colleague you designate for a short clinical review before it is published.

V.

The engagement

One practice per specialty, per market.

While we work with your practice, we will not take a competing practice in your specialty and your city. That commitment is written into the engagement agreement.

The engagement is $4,800 per month on a twelve-month view and covers all four responsibilities above. Paid media and additional locations are quoted separately. How the engagement runs.

Questions physicians ask

How is this different from a medical marketing agency?

Most agencies sell packages to many practices at once, often to several in the same specialty and city. We take one practice per specialty per market and five engagements at a time, and the work stays senior from start to finish.

How soon will we see results?

Local visibility and reviews usually move within the first month or two. Search authority compounds over six to twelve months, which is why every engagement runs on a twelve-month view.

Do you run advertising?

Paid media is available as an addition, but it is never the starting point. The core of the work is a presence that keeps its value after you stop paying for clicks.

How much of my time does it take?

An introductory conversation, a short clinical review of anything written about conditions or treatments, and a monthly call. Everything else is ours.

Do you work with multi-location practices?

Yes. Each location is treated as its own local market, and additional locations are quoted as part of the engagement.
